We want you to love it.

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it as easy as possible to fix. No runaround. No hoops.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear

Email us at hello@editincshop.com with your order number and the size you’d like instead. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once you’ve provided a valid tracking number showing your return is on its way, we’ll ship your replacement at no additional cost. 

 

Returns & Refunds

If you would prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we’re happy to help.

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items. 

Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.. 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if needed. 

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email hello@editincshop.com with:

• Your order number

• The reason for your return or exchange

• Photos if your item arrived damaged or incorrect

We’ll reply with the next steps.

Please do not send items back until you’ve received return instructions from us. 

 

A Few Things That Can’t Be Returned

We cannot accept items that have been::

• Washed

• Worn (other than trying them on)

• Altered

• Damaged after delivery

A note on care:

These pieces are made to last and get better with every wash. Wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the design.

Follow these instructions and they’ll stay soft for years.
